We currently accept private pay only. We do not participate with insurance plans at this time.

Fees depend on the services recommended following a consultation or evaluation. We are happy to review current rates and answer any questions during a free phone consultation.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. We offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to learn more about your concerns, answer questions, and determine whether our services are a good fit for your child and family.

  • We kindly ask that families provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule.

    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

  • Clients can securely enter debit or credit card information through their Client Portal.

  • We provide in-home and virtual therapy sessions. The type of service is thoughtfully selected based on the child’s individual needs and what works best for each family.

  • Yes. An evaluation is required prior to beginning therapy services. The evaluation allows us to better understand your child’s strengths and needs and to develop individualized goals and recommendations.

  • No referral is needed. We begin by discussing parent or caregiver concerns during a complimentary consultation phone call.

  • Therapy sessions are individualized and based on your child’s specific needs and goals. Sessions typically range from 30 to 60 minutes, with frequency determined collaboratively with the family.

  • Yes. Children can receive private speech therapy while also receiving services at school.

    School-based services focus on educational needs within the classroom setting, while private therapy addresses functional communication skills and family goals across home and community environments.

  • Yes! Parents and caregivers are encouraged to participate in sessions when appropriate.

  • We provide services for children and adolescents from 0–18 years old, with support tailored to each child’s developmental needs and family goals.

  • No, a caregiver must be present for the duration of the therapy session.
